PHOTOS: A Chinese Man gets covered with half a million life Bees

The 34-year-old Chinese beekeeper broke his own record by getting covered with a "blanket" of half a million bees.A crowd of people gathered in Chongqing to observe how She Ping’s wife and 5 other people make 456,500 of the insects weighing 45kg (!) approach the man.

According to Ping, he first did this with a smaller amount of bees and later on he "would put on the bees just for the sake of making people believe I sell actual real honey".

You could think that he had been stung by hundreds of insects, but actually it was something about 20, as he later said.



Ping's wife is not happy with her husband's "hobby" and fears he may be badly hurt if he continues.



However, she added: "The only thought I had was to challenge and overcome myself."
