Popular Comedian and Nollywood Actor , Mr Ibu has been awarded the best comedian of the year by the Enugu state Govt, John Okafor took to his twitter to express his joy and gratitude . The award was handed over by the Enugu state governor, Sullivan Iheanacho Chime.
