Fire Guts The Home Of Senate President, Bukola Saraki

Senate President, Bukola Saraki suffered a fire Outbreak at his Abuja Residential Quarters yesterday.

The Mild Fire which started at around 10:05am on Friday, August 28, 2015 was said to have taken a chunk out of the gym area of the building.

The Fire noticed by the domestic staff and the fire Service was immediately alerted.

The incident has been confirmed by the Special Adviser to the Senate President on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu.

Olaniyonu told Punch that the fire was caused by an electric spark from one of the air conditioners in the gym. No casualties were recorded in the incident.
