Drama as Senate Finally Confirms Rotimi Amaechi Minister Despite all Odds

The senators rejected the recommendation of the Ethics and priviledge committee's which recommended that the Rotimi Amaechi should not be confirmed as Minister because of the corruption charges that he is yet to answer to at the appeal court.

thus the Senate approved the ministerial nomination of former Rivers State Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, after the opposition PDP Senators walked out of the red chamber of the National Assembly in protest.
