American Pop star , Justin Bieber bags the award for Halo Hall Of Fame at the inaugural Nickelodeon Award which was in New York On Saturday (November 15).
During Beiber’s acceptance speech, the singer paid respect to the victims killed on Friday in Paris by ISIS terrorists. Bieber was recognized for his helping heart when he received the first ever Hall of Fame Award at the Nickelodeon Halo
