Photos: Ese Oruru’s Abductor, Yinusa Dahiru Handcuffed in Court Today

Headway has finally been made as the alleged abductor of teenager Ese Oruru was arraigned in court today, March 8.

Daily Post reports that the Kano State born Yinusa Dahiru appeared before the Federal High Court sitting in Yenogoa on a five count charge of abduction, illicit sex, unlawful carnal knowledge, and more.

According to Vanguard, a special prosecutor from the Police Force Headquarters in Abuja arrived Yenagoa ahead of the court arraignment.

It was gathered that the prosecutor obtained Yinusa’s statement through the help of a Hausa translator at the State Criminal Investigation Department, while Ese’s was obatained in the presence of her parents and the police.
