Fulani herdsmen attack Enugu again, killing a Catholic Seminarian and others

Once again, Fulani Herdsmen has exhibited their barbarism - attacking and killing a priest, wounding several others in Atakwu Village, Akegbe ugwu Nkanu West LGA Enugu State while the quiet village was asleep on the wee hours of Thursday morning(25/08/2016)

It was learnt that the herdsmen who were 'armed to teeth' invaded and started shooting and maiming anybody in sight which included a seminarian who is said to have just returned from his apostolic work.

Speaking with a correspondent, a community source, said “they just came early this morning and started killing people. There is confusion everywhere now; people are running helter-skelter.”
