Samsung finally apologizes to customers over explosive Galaxy Note 7

Following the recall of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 over explosion and damages caused, Samsung has written an open apology to customers promising better production.

Samsung eventually halted the production of the device after initially claiming the explosions were caused by faulty batteries. The first round of recall of the faulty devices and their replacement did not help matters as the replacement devices also exploded.

Samsung has finally apologized for the Note7 smartphone fiasco with full-page ads in Monday’s paper editions of three major U.S. newspapers: The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.
