Osinbajo remains Acting President as i continue my rest - President Buhari says

President Muhammadu Buhari who arrived Nigeria today, Friday 10th March after spending 49days away in London for medical treatment has asked Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to continue piloting the affairs of the nation as he needs more time to rest.

He said this when he met with Osinbajo, his cabinet members and some governors at the state house earlier today.

Buhari expressed gratitude to all those who prayed for him during his time in London, and asked for more prayers. President Buhari also hinted that he might be back to the UK in a few weeks time for a follow up on his medicals.
